Pumpkin and cottage cheese dessert. Pumpkin cake. Delicious and beautiful dessert from pumpkin.
Ingredients:
Pumpkin 350 gr.
Cottage cheese 350 gr.
Sour cream 3 spoons
Orange 1 pc.
Sugar 6 spoons (taste to taste)
Gelatin 1 bag 10 gr.
Vanilla sugar or vanilla

Ingredients:

Pumpkin: 350 gr. πŸŽƒ
Cottage cheese: 350 g πŸ§€
Sour cream: 3 spoons πŸ₯„
Orange: 1 pc. 🍊
Sugar: 6 spoons (to taste) 🍬
Gelatin: 1 bag (10g) 🌿
Vanilla sugar or vanilla: to taste 🍨
Instructions:

Preparing the pumpkin:

Peel and cut the pumpkin into cubes.
Boil the pumpkin until soft in water.
Preparing the base:

Grate the pumpkin into a puree.
In a deep bowl, mix the pumpkin puree and cottage cheese.
Preparation of orange juice:

Squeeze the juice from the orange.
Adding orange juice and sour cream:

Pour the orange juice into the bowl with the pumpkin puree and cottage cheese.
Add the sour cream and mix thoroughly.
Preparation of gelatin:

Dissolve gelatin according to package directions.Place in microwave for a minute to heat.
Adding the gelatin and vanilla:

Pour the dissolved gelatin into the pumpkin and cottage cheese mixture and mix thoroughly.
Add vanilla sugar or vanilla to taste.
Shaping the cake:

Spread the mixture into a baking dish or silicone mold.
Cooling and setting:

Place the cake in the refrigerator for 5 hours until completely set.
Serving:



Before serving, decorate the cake with orange slices and sprinkle the surface with sugar.
