1 half pumpkin 690 g.
2 carrots 380 g.
Bake at temperature for 50 minutes
180°C (360°F).
Instant gelatin 20 g.
Instant gelatin 10 g.
Add 100 ml water to 20 g gelatin.
Add 50 ml of water to 10 g of gelatin.
Mix.
Let the gelatine swell.
Pour boiling water over 30 g of poppy seeds.
Peel of an orange.
Pour boiling water over it for 3 minutes.
Squeeze out the orange juice.
We need 80 ml. juice
Boiled pumpkin 360 g.
Boiled carrots 160 g.
Grind the pumpkin and carrots with a blender.
Add 1 pinch of salt.
1 tablespoon honey.
Add orange peel.
Add freshly squeezed orange juice.
Mix.
300 g cottage cheese.
100 g natural yogurt or sour cream.
Add 1.5 tablespoons of honey.
Grind with a blender.
Add poppy seeds, drain water.
Add 5 g of vanillin.
Mix.
Melt the gelatine in the microwave for 25 minutes. The gelatin should not boil.
Add 15 g gelatin to the carrot and pumpkin mixture.
Mix.
Add 10 g gelatin to the quark mixture.
Mix.
Prepare a mold with a diameter of 16 cm in advance.
Form the cake in alternating layers, adding three tablespoons of each mixture.
Gently spread the remaining pumpkin and carrot mixture over the entire surface.
Cover with cling film.
Place in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours, preferably overnight.
