Today, I made milk roll bread that are really soft and moist!

Preheat at 338℉(170℃), bake for 21-22 minutes at 320℉(160℃)

175g milk
45g sugar
6g salt
5g instant dry yeast
40 g eggs
300g bread flour
35g unsalted butter
✏ Egg wash
15 g eggs
10g milk
