Pasta carbonara is maybe one of the most discussed recipes because of the many variations that appeared during the years. For example using bacon instead of cheek lard, parmesan or pecorino cheese, and there are also those who add onions or other veggies like zucchini...which alter completely the dish, even if they fit well.
We suggest our version, maybe somewhat peculiar, but delicious every time!

► Ingredients for a delicious pasta carbonara
Spaghetti 400g
Bacon or cheek lard 150g
Pecorino cheese 200g
Egg yolks 4
Egg 1
2 pinches of grounded pepper
Salt to taste
