🍰 dough:
3 egg yolks
a pinch of salt
80 g (6 tablespoons / 2.8 OZ) powdered sugar
80 g (1 stick) melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
200 g flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder

Place 1/3 of the dough in the fridge

Baking pan 20 cm

🍎 filling:
3 apples, cut into cubes
40 g (2.5 tablespoons / 2.4 ounces) sugar
5 g (0.5 tablespoons) corn starch
Juice of 1 lemon

Heat in the pan to caramelize
