Sugar - 40 grams
apple layer:
Apples - 3 pcs (~ 500 grams)
Sugar - 40 grams
Lemon juice 4 - 5 tbsp.
Cream - soufflé:
Egg whites - 2 pcs
Sugar - 40 grams
Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
Natural yogurt (sour cream) - 400 grams
Corn starch - 30 grams
Bake at 170°C (338~°F) 40 - 45 minutes
