Make chocolate jam bites with me π§‍π³
Ingredients:
- 150 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tsp agave syrup
- 150 g chocolate
Method:
1. Mash together 150 g fresh or frozen raspberries and 2 tsp agave syrup (or any other liquid sweetener of choice like honey/date syrup) until well combined. You can also add 1-2 teaspoons of chia seeds.
2. Separate into bite sized pieces on parchment paper and freeze until solid.
3. Coat in melted chocolate and freeze for another hour.
4. Store in the freezer.
