Ingredients:
Dough:
500 g flour
Pinch salt
16 g baking powder
4 egg yolks
100 g powdered sugar
150 g melted butter
130 g sour cream
Filling:
220 g jam
250 g walnuts
4 egg whites
100 g powdered sugar
Preparation:
1. Mix the flour, salt and baking powder.
2. Blend the egg yolks, powdered sugar, and butter until foamy in 2 minutes.
3. Add it to the flour mixture, plus the sour cream and knead.
4. Cut the dough in half and put one in the freezer while you make the cookies.
5. On a floured counter, roll it out to a thickness of 2 mm and shape the edges to the size of the pan.
6. Spread with your favorite jam.
7. Beat the egg whites into a stiff foam, then add the powdered sugar for another 2 minutes. Finally, mix in the ground walnuts with a spatula.
8. Spoon over the jam and smooth it over the dough.
10. Grate the frozen dough on top.
11. Put it into the oven at 180°C without air mixing for 30 minutes.
