Recipe and ingredients:
6 +1 tangerines
2 tablespoons sugar
2 eggs
A pinch of salt
100g sugar (1/2 cup) 4oz
150g sunflower oil (7/10 cup) 5.5oz
150 ml carbonated mineral water. (2/3 cup) 5oz
220g flour (1 7/8 cup) 14.7oz
10 g baking powder (2 teaspoons)
Grate the peel of 1 tangerine.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C / 350°F / gas mark 4. Bake time: 40-45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Every oven is different and cooking times may vary slightly. Check them every 5 minutes after 35 minutes of baking time.
