Crazy Cake - delicious and quick chocolate cake without eggs and milk
I have never cooked anything easier and more budget-friendly! This is my first time making Crazy Cake. Crazy Cake is an American cuisine pie. The cake is made literally from nothing, without the use of eggs and dairy products. It is a moist and tasty chocolate cake.

Form 21 cm
To make Chocolate Crazy Cake:
Water at room temperature - 240 g (juice, coffee, tea, milk)
Flour - 210 g
Refined vegetable oil - 75 g
Cocoa - 35 g (be sure to take cocoa that you like to taste, the taste of the pie will depend on this)
Sugar - 180 g
Vanilla sugar - 20 g
Salt - 0.5 tsp without a slide
Baking powder - 10 g
Glaze:
Cocoa - 3 tablespoons (take cocoa that you like to taste, the taste of the icing and the cake directly depends on this)
Powdered sugar - 3 tbsp.
Starch - 1 tbsp.
Ice water - as needed to the desired density
For decoration:
Coconut flakes - 30-40 g
1. Sift flour, cocoa and baking powder. Add salt, sugar and vanilla sugar.
2. Add water and vegetable oil, mix everything until smooth.
3. Bake in a preheated oven to 170 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Readiness to check with a wooden skewer.
4. For glaze, sift cocoa, powdered sugar and starch. Gradually add ice water until desired consistency is reached.
5. Cover the top of the cooled cake with icing and decorate with coconut flakes.
