Hello This is 'siZning'.

Today I made a different type of chocolate cake sheet,
not the Pound cake method or the Genoise method.

This chocolate sheet is soft and light texture with moist and supple
because use the oil instead of butter.

Today I'll make it three times repeat
because it's a recipe of 1 sheet size (2-3 cm height),
or you can make it in three times (X3) batches
and divide 3 portions then put a portion in each 3 molds.

Really simple and easy to make, but just! Please pay attention to one thing.
That is use the hot water.
The hot water that is added at the end is mixed into the batter,
it distributes cacao evenly in the batter
and acts as an emulsifier, making all the ingredients blend well to create a smoothly batter.

Butter 180g
Sugar powder 100g
Cocoa powder 30g
