To make these air fryer sweet potatoes, you will need.
Roast potatoes seasoning:
1. Pinch of salt and ground black pepper
2. Half a teaspoon of smoked paprika powder
3. Half a teaspoon of garlic powder
4. 10-15 small to medium size potatoes
5. And two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
Peel the potatoes and give them a quick wash. If you are using baby potatoes, then you don't really need to peel them.
Cut the potatoes in half and dry them with kitchen paper.
In a large bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, paprika powder, garlic powder, and a few spoons of olive oil.
Toss the potatoes so that they are evenly covered with the seasoning and olive oil.
Place the potatoes in the Air Fryer basket, and roast at 355°F or 180°C for 10 minutes, then give the potatoes a good shake and roast for another 10-15 minutes until crispy golden brown outside and fork-tender inside.
Serve hot as an appetizer or side dish. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and grated parmesan.
