Ingredients:
For the puff pastry:
1 sheet of store-bought puff pastry, thawed according to package instructions
For the cream filling:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar and Pistachio
Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions:
Prepare the Puff Pastry:
Preheat your oven according to the puff pastry package instructions.
Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheet slightly to even it out. Cut the pastry into rectangular strips, about 4-5 inches wide and 8-10 inches long.
Baking the Pastry:
Place the pastry strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between each strip.
Bake the pastry in the preheated oven according to the package instructions, usually around 15-20 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed up.
Once baked, remove from the oven and allow the pastry strips to cool completely on a wire rack.
Prepare the Cream Filling:
In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar extract.
Use an electric mixer to whip the mixture on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form. Be careful not to over-whip, as the cream could turn into butter.
Assembling the Cream Rolls:
Once the pastry strips are completely cooled, carefully slice them in half horizontally, creating a top and bottom layer for each roll.
Fill a piping bag with the whipped cream mixture, or you can simply spoon the cream onto one half of each pastry strip.
Rolling the Cream Rolls:
Place the other half of each pastry strip on top of the cream-covered half.
Gently press down to secure the layers and create your cream rolls.
Final Touches:
Dust the cream rolls with powdered sugar for a decorative touch.
Some melted Pistachio over the rolls or on top.
Chilling:
Also you can put the cream rolls refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. This allows the cream to set and the flavors to meld together.
