Moist and soft milk bread recipe
*Oven pan size: 23cm*23cm
*ingredient
350g bread flour
190g warm milk
1 room temperature egg (50g)
38g sugar
6g salt
4g instant dry yeast
41g room temperature butter
*Oven temperature (based on the oven I use: Wiswell)
175 degrees 20 minutes preheat
Bake at 160 degrees for 20 minutes
