Cheese Garlic Bread Recipe/ No need to knead
-cheese bread
160ml Milk
4g(1TBSP) Instant dry yeast
30g (3TBSP)Sugar
200g( 1, 1/2cup) Bread flour(Strong flour)or All purpose flour
4g(1TSP) Salt
25g (2,1/2TBSP) Unsalted butter
Knead until no flour is visible.
Ferment in a warm place until doubled in size (about 1 hour)
divide it into 16
Wait for 10 minutes
160gMozzarella cheese
You can place it in any size or shape you like.
Place in a warm place for about 30 minutes
Milk(can be omitted)
Bake at 180℃ for 12 minutes
_Garlic Sauce
20g (2TBSP)Unsalted butter
7g(1/2TBSP) Minced garlic
15g (1,1/2TBSP) Sugar
If you don't like sweets, please add no sugar or just a little bit
1/2 Tbsp dried parsley
1/4 Tsp Salt
40g Mozzarella cheese
-Bake at 180℃ for 10 minutes
