I made garlic seasoned potatoes with chewy and soft texture.
Everyone thinks it's a mushroom just by looking at its shape, but when you taste it, it's chewy and everyone likes it.
The seasoning is really simple, but it has a subtle garlic flavor and a deep flavor.
Great for an easy brunch or dinner. Be sure to make it!

✤ Potato Dough
- 440g, 2 Potatoes (weight with peel)
- 200g Potato starch
- 150ml Water
✤ Seasoning
- 14g (0.7Tbsp) Chopped garlic
- 4g (1Tbsp) Chili powder
- 3g (1tsp) Sugar
- 32g(4Tbsp) Soy sauce
- 9g (1Tbsp) Chopped green onion
- 24g (3Tbsp) Avocado oil (can be use cooking oil)
✤ TIP
- It is better to use chopped garlic for flavor rather than ground.
- The amount of water may vary depending on how the potatoes are boiled.
