This time we visited Isuzu Bakery for the photo shoot. Isuzu Bakery is one of the most famous bakeries in Kobe, so much so that there is not a single person in Kobe who does not know about it. Many people keep coming back to this bakery because of its delicious taste. Bread is prepared and baked at both the factory and the store, and this time I had the opportunity to photograph the factory. Even though it is called a factory, they insist on making bread by hand without using machines as much as possible. They say that delicious bread is made by feeling the exquisite difference that cannot be imitated by a machine. The scenery of dough being prepared in large quantities in the factory and bread being baked one after another in a large baking oven was breathtaking The bread tastes so good because it is handmade in this way.
