This is a short cut from the "#FreeTommy" protest/riot that occurred in London yesterday (09/06/2018). The main part of the protest was largely centered on Whitehall and Downing Street, a large number of protesters split off from the main group and began to move back up towards Trafalgar Square, officers in riot gear attempted to hold them back, whilst being showered with projectiles and beer cans. Officers moved the cordon back to the entrance of The Mall where dogs were deployed and reinforcements arrived. Protesters later seized a tour bus, removing the driver and piling themselves on top of the roof where they began jumping and shouting.
