IIT Bombay released a placement report in which it claimed crores of packages for a significant number of students. After the report was released, ‘All IITs Placement Committee’ (AIPC) held a meeting with the Placement Officers of all respective IITs and it reached to a conclusion that IITs will not disclose the salary packages of students from now on.
