Hello friends, I am Sara and we have a recipe for bread bun recipe;
ingredients:
160ml (⅔ cup) warm milk
3g (½ tsp ) instant yeast
25g (2 tbsp) sugar
10g (1 tbsp) cooking oil
1 small egg
240g (2 cups) bread flour
3g (½ tsp) salt
bake in preheated oven at 175°C (350°F)
for 22~25 minutes
