📋 INGREDIENTS:
Cream:
300 ml milk (1 1/4 cups)
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 egg yolk
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vanillin sugar

Dough:
300 g all-purpose flour (2 1/2 cups)
2 teaspoons of baking soda
100 g powdered sugar (3/4 cup)
100 ml vegetable oil (7 tbsp)
2 eggs
Lemon drive
80 g apricots (1/3 cup, chopped)

Bake: 200°C (400°F) for 20 minutes on top/bottom heat
