The base is made with layered Pandoro filled with a Mascarpone Cream and lots of Berries! Simple, fast and delicious!

Ingredients:
1 Pandoro (or Panettone)
500 g Mascarpone
300ml whipping cream
2 tablespoons of sugar (for the cream)
300 g Frozen (or fresh) berries
4 tablespoons of sugar (for the berries)
Lemon
Limoncello liqueur or rum or milk (for the sauce)
Powdered sugar
