This shrimp and garlic spaghetti is a taste experience in a class of its own! The quick and easy recipe turns every dinner into a culinary party. Tender shrimp dance in a delicious garlic sauce that goes perfectly with the spaghetti cooked al dente. Ingredients (4 servings):
300g (10.5oz) spaghetti
Cook al dente
olive oil
400 g (14 oz) shrimp (16/20)
paprika
Roast for 1-2 minutes
1 shot of vodka
‼️Attention: Be careful when using the flambé technique!

55g (1/2 stick) butter
6-7 cloves of garlic, crushed and finely chopped
1 chili pepper, chopped
200 g (7 oz) plum tomatoes, halved
1 glass of dry white wine
Allow the wine to evaporate for 2-3 minutes
200 g (1 cup) vegetable broth
salt and pepper
✅ Mix well and simmer the sauce over low heat while the pasta cooks
Add shrimp and noodles
Mix well
a handful of fresh parsley, chopped
✅ Serve as soon as you mix the sauce with pasta!
