ISIS has claimed responsibility for the two deadly blasts in southern Iran.
The group's media wing issued a statement on Thursday local time claiming two suicide bombers were responsible for the explosions - however, no further proof has been provided.
Iran state media outlet says the first explosion was caused by a bomb inside a car and appeared to be detonated remotely rather than by a suicide bomber.
At least 100 people were killed and more than 250 injured.
It is the deadliest attack since Iran's 1979 revolution.
