Constance Marten and her partner Mark Gordon have been further arrested on suspicion of gross negligence manslaughter, police have said.
The couple, who went missing with their newborn baby on Jan 5, have refused to tell detectives the location of their baby, which is around two-months old. It is understood they have also not revealed the sex of the infant.
Miss Marten, the daughter of an aristocrat, and Mr Gordon were first arrested on suspicion of child neglect on Monday evening after police received a tip off that they were in Brighton.
