Despite a bloody war raging in Ukraine, Russia has managed to acquire cutting-edge military equipment for its ground, air and naval forces. The Russian Defence Minister announced that the supply of four Tu-160M strategic bombers to the Strategic Nuclear Forces (SNF) was almost finished. Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu announced this during an expanded board meeting of the Russian Defense Ministry. According to Shoigu, Russia’s Ground Forces also took delivery of about 1,500 modernised and new tanks in 2023. The Russian defence minister also noted that the Russian naval forces have been reinforced with new vessels. Watch the video to find out more.
