The lemon flavor infused in the fresh whipping cream is delectable.
Ingredients
200ml fresh cream (whipping cream)
2 lemons juice
60g sugar
1 tsp lemon zest
2 tbsp corn flour
Step by step method
Mix the cream, sugar, corn flour and zest.
Heat gently over a low heat and bring to boil slowly for 2 minutes. Stir continuously.
Switch off the heat.
Add the lemon juice and stir very well.
Pour the mix in the glasses or bowl.
Refrigerate for 2, 3 hours until set.
Decorate the pudding when cold.
