Tteokbokki is one of the most popular Korean street foods in Korea.
Tteok is usually made from rice flour or wheat flour and is relatively high in calories.
In this video, I lowered the calories by making rice cake with potatoes.
Although the texture was not completely the same as the original taste, it was very similar.
1 potato (180g peeled weight)
100g potato starch (or corn starch)
100ml water
a pinch of salt
1 tbsp red pepper paste
0.5 tbsp red pepper powder
1 tbsp sugar
0.5 tbsp soy sauce
0.5 tbsp curry powder
200ml water
