Tiramisu, a classic Italian dessert, means "lift me up". A very delicate airy cream of mascarpone and beaten eggs goes well with coffee and savoiardi biscuits. Tiramisu is an easy and simple no-bake dessert. Incredibly delicious Tiramisu according to a classic Italian recipe. Tiramisu is a dessert that everyone will love! If you don't want to make the Tiramisu cream with fresh eggs, you can substitute whipped cream instead. But then it will no longer be a traditional Tiramisu recipe.

Classic Italian Tiramisu Recipe:
Mascarpone - 500 g
Large eggs - 4 pcs.
Sugar - 4 tablespoons
Marsala liquor or wine - 1-2 tbsp. (I added rum)
Savoiardi cookies - 300 g (36-40 pcs.)
Espresso coffee - 200 ml
Cocoa
1. Divide the eggs into yolks and whites.
2. Add one tablespoon of sugar to the yolks and beat until light and fluffy.
3. Mix mascarpone with beaten yolks. Optionally, you can add liqueur or Marsala wine. I added rum.
4. Beat egg whites with 3 tablespoons of sugar until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the beaten yolks into the yolk mascarpone, stirring with a spatula to keep the cream light.
5. Dip savoiardi cookies in coffee. Put in the form. Spread half of the cream, then another layer of cookies and again the cream.
6. Cover the form with cling film and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
7. Sprinkle with cocoa before serving.
