To make homemade bread in a skillet:
Frying pan diameter 24 cm
Hot water - 300 ml
Flour - 400 g
Live yeast - 17 g (6 g dry yeast)
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar - 0.5 tsp
Vegetable oil for working with dough
1. Add 4 tablespoons to hot water. flour from the total amount and sugar. Stir until smooth.
2. Allow the mass to cool to a warm state, since yeast does not like hot. Add yeast, mix and leave for 5 minutes.
3. Add all the remaining flour and mix the dough until smooth.
4. Cover the bowl with cling film and leave in a warm place for about 1 hour.
5. Lubricate your hands and work surface with vegetable oil, shift the dough, round it.
6. Lubricate the pan with vegetable oil, shift the dough, grease it on top with vegetable oil and cover with cling film. Leave for 30 minutes.
7. Turn on the minimum fire, cover the pan with foil, after greasing it with vegetable oil so that the foil does not stick to the dough. Bake for 25 minutes on one side until golden brown, flip to the other side and bake for another 20-25 minutes until golden brown. The baking time is adjustable depending on your stove.
