Making cream cheese at home is very easy and fast. It will take only 2 ingredients - sour cream and milk. The recipe is successful, the cream cheese is tender, soft and very tasty. Such cheese can be used to make salty snacks or desserts, cream for cakes. Cream cheese made at home is much cheaper than store bought.

To make cream cheese:
Sour cream 20% - 400 g
Milk - 100 g
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Salt - ¼ tsp
Sugar - ½ tsp
1. Mix methane with milk. Put on fire and heat until very hot, but not boiling (up to a temperature of 75 ° C).
2. Add lemon juice, mix, heat over low heat for a few minutes. Add sugar and salt. Do not boil. Turn off the fire. Let the cheese stand for 5 minutes.
3. Put a linen towel or several layers of gauze, or several paper towels on a colander. Pour in the cream cheese.
4. Let the serum drain completely. Put in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours.
