The fruit jelly cheesecake I made this time is a cheesecake made with 5 different fruits.
The combination of fresh fruit and cheesecake was great.
I had strawberries, green kiwis, tangerines (orange) , and apple mango red globes (red grapes) at home, so I used them.
You can make a delicious fruit cheesecake by using whatever fruit you have.
You can make a very pretty cake without any special decoration.
This would be a great cake even for those who aren't usually confident about decorating.
Also, this fruit mini cheesecake has a higher yogurt content than regular cheesecake, so it is more refreshing and delicious.
This simple cheesecake can be filled with your favorite fruit, but it tastes really good.

1 egg (53 g without shell)
Heavy cream (38% milk fat)
(Chocolate is chopped, flour is before sifting)
