INGREDIENTS AND RECIPE:
600 g puff pastry.
500 grams of mushrooms.
1 onion
150 grams of cheese.
Dried garlic.
Turmeric.
Salt.
Black pepper.
100 grams of cream cheese.
1 egg.
4 tablespoons yogurt.
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
Paprika.
2 cloves of garlic.
Dill.
1. Cut 600 grams of puff pastry into 6 pieces, place on a baking sheet and set aside.
2. Finely chop 500 grams of mushrooms and fry in olive oil.
3. Finely chop 1 onion and fry with mushrooms.
4. Add dried garlic, turmeric, salt and pepper.
5. Add 100 grams of cream cheese and mix well.
6. Finely grate 150 grams of cheese.
7. Place the filling on the dough, put cheese on top and make pies.
8. Break 1 egg into a bowl and mix well.
9. Brush the pies with egg and bake at 180°C / 356°F for 25 minutes.
10. Add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise to 4 tablespoons of yogurt.
11. Add paprika and finely grate 2 cloves of garlic.
12. Add finely chopped dill and mix well.
