180g white bread
200-250ml milk
Puree bread in milk
30 grams of green onions
150g Gouda cheese
1 kg minced meat
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon ground coriander

mix well
1-2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1 large onion

3 allspice
