OVER MEDIUM FIRE: 10 MIN
butter: 40 g (1.4 oz)
bay leaves: 4 g (0.1 oz)
black pepper: 5 g (0.2 oz)
The salad:
carrot: 150 g (5.3 oz)
cabbage: 300 g (11 oz)
chilli pepper: 20 g (0.7 oz)
garlic: 10 g (0.4 oz)
salt: 5 g (0.2 oz)
soy sauce: 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
