Vanilla cream:

cup) vanilla custard powder or cornstarch

Caramel Frosting:
125 g (β
cup) sugar
45g (1½ oz) butter
75 ml (β
cup) 30% cream
Bake: 230°C / 446°F for 10 minutes on top/bottom heat, then 200°C / 392°F for another 10 minutes
