4 King Oyster Mushrooms
9 to 10 garlics
Scallions
1 spoon of cooking oil
2 spoons of butter
1 spoon of soy sauce
1/2 spoon oyster sauce
1/2 spoon oligosaccharide
1 spoon of cooking wine or mirim (can be omitted)

*You can use cooking oil instead of butter.
