Sugar 5g
Yeast 2g
Egg 1
Salt 1/2 tsp
Warm water 60g
Scallion (green part of spring onion)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Take a bowl. Add flour, sugar, yeast, salt and egg.
2. Knead soft and smooth dough with warm water.
3. Roll out large thin dough.
4. Sprinkle scallion ( green part of spring onion).
5. Roll the dough from one end.
6. Flatten dough into thicker slice.
7. Cut out in round shape.
8. Let the buns ferment to twice its size.
9. Add oil in pan. Fry on low flame until fully cooked and golden brown on both sides.
