🥖 Ingredients:

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour (about 350 grams)
1 teaspoon salt (5 grams)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil (30 milliliters)
4/5 cup boiling water (200 milliliters)
👩‍🍳 Instructions:

Sift 350 grams of flour (2 1/4 cups).
Add 1 teaspoon of salt (5 grams).
Include 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (30 milliliters).
Pour in 200 milliliters of boiling water (4/5 cup) and mix in a bowl with a spoon.
Knead by hand for 2 minutes; the dough should be soft and elastic.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Dust the table with flour and roll out the dough into a log.
Divide the dough into 12 pieces and make small balls.
Keep the dough covered during cooking to prevent drying.
Roll out the dough thinly, shaping it into a round to fit your skillet's diameter (mine is 26 centimeters / 10 inches).
Heat the skillet over medium heat.
Cook for 40 seconds on one side, then flip.
While one is cooking, roll out the next one.
Cook for up to 2 minutes, ensuring not to overdry.
Immediately brush the hot bread with hot water.
Grease the edges well on both sides.
Cover with plastic wrap.
The bread-making process is swift; repeat the same steps for the remaining dough balls.
Ensure the bread doesn't burn, brushing with hot water each time.
When the last bread is ready, cover it with plastic wrap and let the covered bread rest for 30 minutes.
Afterward, the bread will be incredibly soft and pliable.
Use it as a wrap for your favorite fillings
