Ingredients:
1 kilo - sweet potatoes
1 cup - all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon - salt
1/3 cup - sugar
2 cups - water
2 cups - oil
Procedure:
Shred the sweet potatoes. Set Aside. In a large bowl, put all the other ingredients except the oil. Mix the wet ingredients until well combined, then pour in the shredded sweet potatoes, mix well.
Heat the pan with oil and fry the bitso bitso until golden brown. Serve hot.
