I made glutinous rice donuts with sweet potatoes.
It is made in a mini size, so it can be fried easily and quickly with little oil.
The freshly fried donuts are crispy and chewy when cooled.
It's a snack that both kids and adults will love.


[Diameter 50~60mm, 19 pieces]
โœค Ingredients (measured by rice spoon)
-200g boiled sweet potato
-100g glutinous rice flour (convexly 8 spoons)
-1 tbsp sugar
-0.5 teaspoon salt
-1 to 2 tbsp of water or milk (add only when moisture is insufficient)

โœค Sugar syrup (about 6 pieces)
-1 tbsp of sugar powder
-0.5 tbsp of water

โœค TIP
-Knead only sweet potatoes without moisture,
and sweet potatoes if moisture is insufficient add and knead.
-If the moisture is insufficient even after adding 2~3 pieces of
sweet potato, add 1~2 tablespoons of water or milk
-Do not add more than 3 tablespoons of milk. It burns well when fried.
-I personally do not recommend baking in the oven.
(It tastes much better to fry)
