🍫Real Chocolate Milk Recipe | HANSE

Hello! Today, I brought recipe for real chocolate milk that you guys have requested a lot.

Because of dark chocolate, it's bitter and sweet.
I love it because of rich chocolate flavor. You can give it to your friend as a gift, too :)

▶ ingredient (900~1000ml)
50ml water, 18g cocoa powder, 40g sugar, 120g dark chocolate, 800ml milk

1) Put water, cocoa powder, and sugar in a pot and mix them.
2) Boil it in middle heat and put chocolate when it boils. Mix them.
3) If chocolate is melted, turn off the heat.
4) Pour milk little by little and mix it. (I put milk in room temperature.)
5) Put it in refrigerator.


※ You can use unsweetened fresh cream and unsalted butter
