Hello, today I have a fondant au chocolat
(How to bake the air fryer and microwave oven below!)
+ Hello store with home cafe and kitchen utensils
https://smartstore.naver.com/hanse
(I'm wearing self-made products and frequently used items!)
It's a sweet dessert that reminds me of the cold winter.
It feels like you're eating melted chocolate
It tastes better with hot tea :)
Make a simple but delicious chocolate dessert
It's the best to make and eat right :)
If you want to make green tea flavor instead, you may replace cocoa powder with green tea powder and dark chocolate with white chocolate! (Reduce the green tea powder by 5g)
▶ Materials (about 4 souffle cups, takes 1 hour)
150g dark chocolate
50g salt-free Butter
20g sugar
3 eggs
4ml vanilla extract
50g flour
15g Cocoa Powder
Powdered sugar (for decoration)
1) Melt dark chocolate in a bath or microwave
(microwave for 10-20 seconds.)
2) When the chocolate melts, add the butter and mix well
3) Once the butter corporates, add eggs, sugar and vanilla to the other bowl
4) When the ingredients are mixed, add the melted chocolate + butter and mix
5) Mix the flour and cocoa powder through a sieve
6) Fill the container with 80% of the dough
7) Bake for 8-10 minutes in a preheated 170 degree oven
(8 minutes is not very ripe, 10 minutes is more than half ripe)
+ Depending on the material of the container and the amount of dough
+ You can also make air fryer
+ You can also make it in the microwave.
8) Sprinkle powdered sugar immediately after baking (you may skip this step)
