No eggs, no milk!

Recipe and ingredients for buns:
12 grams of dry yeast.
2 tablespoons of sugar.
400 ml of warm milk.
Mix well.
100 grams of wheat flour.
Write from which country or city you are watching my video.

Cover and leave for 25-30 minutes for the yeast to activate.
2 egg whites.
100 g of powdered sugar.
50 g of butter.
Stir until smooth.
Sift 550 g of wheat flour.
1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Mix the ingredients.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Knead a soft, smooth dough.
Cover with a cup for 10 minutes.
We divide it into 12 equal parts.
Form balls from the dough.
Cover and leave for 15 minutes.
Roll out the dough as thin as possible.
Lubricate with vegetable oil.
Folded in half.
Cut into strips 1 cm wide.
Let's make delicious, airy buns.
Place on a tray lined with baking paper.
Do the same with the remaining dough.
Cover and leave in a warm place to rise for 20 minutes.
Brush with egg yolk, 1 tablespoon of water.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Delicious, soft, airy buns are ready!
