🍽️Recipe (ingredients) (Yield: 3 servings in 3 Ways)
3 Sliced bread
6 Eggs
1/2 Chopped Green onion
1/4 Chopped Onion
1/4 Chopped Bell Pepper (You can mix different colors of bell pepper)
1 Bacon
1 Ham
6 Sliced cheese (I use Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese, you can replace with any kind of cheese you like)
Some Lettuce
Some Olive oil or Butter
A pinch of Salt and Sugar
📢 IMPORTANT NOTICE
1. To avoid the toast burn, please keep low to medium low heat.
2. I recommend to use bread that has been stored in the refrigerator for two or three days, which is more easy to absorb the egg mixture.
