This is beautiful potato flowers which is crispy crunchy and delicious. Dip them in garlic cheese sauce. It tastes and looks fantastic.

Ingredient :
1. Potatoes
2. Potato starch
3. Salt, cheese powder, parsley
4. Garlic cheese sauce: butter, minced garlic, cheese, milk, sugar, sriracha sauce (optional)
