β€ Dough
- 200g Carrots
- 2 Pinches of salt
- 130g Potato starch (wheat flour possible, corn starch X)
- 20ml Water (when boiled in a microwave)
β€ Seasoning
- 8g (1Tbsp) Soy sauce
- 5g (1tsp) Oyster sauce (can be substituted with 0.5 Tbsp soy sauce)
- 3g (1tsp) Sugar
- 3g (0.5Tbsp) Chili powder (paprika powder possible / can be omitted)
- 4g (1tsp) Minced garlic
- 7g (1Tbsp) Chopped green onion
- 8g (1Tbsp) Unsweet peanut butter
- 16g (2Tbsp) Avocado oil (other vegetable oils available)
- 32g (4Tbsp) Noodle boiled water
β€ Tips
- Boil carrots in a convenient way, such as in a microwave oven or steamer.
- The dough may dry out when making the shape, so make it with a cover.
- You can shape it, freeze it, and boil it when you want to eat it.
- Boiled ones can also be frozen, and when eating, heat them in a microwave oven or boil them in water again.
