Did you know you could make whipped caramel? It's so simple and so good! Of course, don't overdo it because it's still caramel, but how delicious!! To garnish a cake, pancake, muffins or add to a banana split, a hot drink, a pie shell, etc... Go for it! Good tasting !
Ingredients :
250g sugar
65g semi-salted butter
200 ml liquid cream 30% minimum fat/whipped cream
1 - You can also use unsalted butter.
2 - It is important to cool the caramel before whipping it (I do it twice, once in the fridge and then in the freezer), to obtain a perfect whipped caramel.
