Donald Trump’s presidential immunity appeal will be expedited at the special counsel’s request, as granted by the U.S. District court of appeals. That appeal will move forward as the Supreme Court considers whether it will hear the case. Trump's legal team's apparent argument for presidential immunity is slammed by legal expert Andrew Weissmann who tells Joy Reid, "It really cannot be the case that just because you are the president of the United States that you can kill somebody."
