Saudi Arabia hosted an emergency meeting of the League of Arab States on November 11 to address the Israel-Palestine conflict. Foreign Ministers from Middle Eastern countries gathered to discuss the ongoing situation in Palestine. Muslim countries united in their call for an immediate end to military operations in Gaza, rejecting the conflict as Israeli self-defense. Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman aimed to exert influence on Israel to cease hostilities in Gaza. As of November 13, the Israel-Palestine conflict entered its 37th day with no ceasefire in sight. In the preceding events, a surprise attack by Hamas on Israel on October 07 resulted in the loss of around 1,400 innocent Israeli lives. Simultaneously, the Gazan death toll exceeded 9,000 after Israel initiated its retaliatory plan.
